The Greyhound Health Initiative (GHI) Blood Bank is seeking a dedicated Volunteer Coordinator to join our mission of saving lives through canine blood donation. This role is perfect for someone who thrives on organization, enjoys working with people, and wants to make a direct impact in their community.

Location: Central Ohio
Commitment: Volunteer, event-based (4-6 events per year)

✨ What You’ll Do

  • Coordinate and manage volunteers for local GHI Blood Bank events in Central Ohio
  • Attend events to provide on-site support and ensure smooth operations
  • Assist with event setup, logistics, and volunteer scheduling
  • Serve as a welcoming face of GHI, helping volunteers feel valued and engaged

🐾 What We’re Looking For

  • Local to Central Ohio (must be able to attend in-person events)
  • Strong organizational and communication skills
  • Friendly, approachable, and able to motivate volunteers
  • Passionate about animal health and community service
